“When I founded Kings back in 1991, with my good friend Thomas Paine, we had a simple vision: to build an Estate Agency focused on outstanding customer service.
I’m proud to say that in the past 25 years, through sheer hard work and enthusiasm, we’ve grown to be one of the largest independent agencies in the UK.
From our first office in Enfield Town, we have grown to have 15 offices, covering North London, East London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
I believe we have stayed true to our original principles. Whether you’re buying or selling, renting or letting, our concern is always with you, our customer. We offer a full service to make your life easier, including conveyancing, surveying and mortgage advice for vendors, and a Property Management service for landlords.

Lettings and Property Management
We believe in the old saying that “you reap what you sow” – perhaps the reason why many of our Landlords and Tenants renew with Kings, year after year.
At the core of our business is our Property Management department. We offer a full service to Landlords, looking after your property, your tenants and your finances, with professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Since we began in 1991, property marketing has changed beyond all recognition. Our approach has been to retain the most effective traditional approaches, whilst embracing the latest technology.
Recognising that most tenants and buyers now look online, we work with all of the major property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.
We also reach the widest possible audience by advertising extensively in the local newspapers, full colour double page spreads. Our distinctive sales boards are easy to spot as you drive around.
And most importantly, we ensure that the content of our advertising is of the highest possible quality. We write compelling but honest descriptions, backed by the highest quality photography.
We are members of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).
We are also full members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme for both Residential Sales and Lettings. All of our Property Managers are given the opportunity to take the NFOPP approved technical qualification, so that they are fully conversant with both the legal requirements of lettings and best practice.
Finally, we are an appointed representative of Openwork Limited authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Openwork Limited is one of the UK's largest networks of financial advisers, offering advice on mortgages, pensions, protection and general insurance.
Membership of these professional bodies gives you the reassurance that we abide by strict professional standards and have the necessary indemnity covers in place.
Kings Conveyancing Service
We offer legal services for vendors and buyers. Our dedicated staff work exclusively for King's clients and are there to make sure your transaction proceeds quickly and smoothly.
We use the latest case tracking technology, so you always know exactly where you are with your transaction. We also believe in being available when you need us, so are open 7 days a week, until 10 pm on weekdays.
We offer a full surveying service through Metropolis Surveyors LLP, fully controlled by Kings Group since 2006. With over 100 surveyors, we are able to offer you a market leading service.
Whether you are buying a period or modern house or apartment, we will provide you with the information to enable you to choose the correct survey so that there will be no surprises.
Our Mortgage Service
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial commitments you’ll ever make. To make your life simpler, all of our offices have fully qualified and highly trained Mortgage Brokers.
Whether you are a first-time buyer, you want to re-mortgage, or you’re looking for a buy-to-let, we may be able to help you find the perfect mortgage, with the right repayment options and insurance for you.
We can access a range of mortgages from over 50 of the UK's best-known lenders, but not deals that are only available from lenders. If you are purchasing a property with the help of a shared equity loan, our advice will also cover the shared equity second charge.
