Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement: Included within the fee

Preparation of An Assured Periodic Tenancy: Included within fee as per the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 from 1st May 2026

Inventory – Check-In: £145.00 inclusive of VAT

Check-Out: £120.00 inclusive of VAT

Additional Property Inspections: £60.00 inclusive of VAT

Arranging Gas Safety Certificate: £115.20 inclusive of VAT

Arranging Gas Safety Certificate with boiler service: £195.00 inclusive of VAT

Arranging Energy Performance Certificate: £120.00 inclusive of VAT

Arranging Electrical Safety Certificate: Starts at £160 plus vat (£192 inc vat) up to £240 plus vat (£288 inc vat) – Depends on size of property.

Legionella Risk Assessment: £162.60 inclusive of VAT

Preparation & Administration for an HMO Licence: £600 inclusive of VAT

Preparation & Administration for an Additional Licence: £360.00 inclusive of VAT

Preparation & Administration for A Selective Licence: £240.00 inclusive of VAT

Preparation of NRL Documents: £180.00 inclusive of VAT

Preparation & Submission of NRL quarterly return: £180.00 inclusive of VAT

Duplicate Statements of Account: Included within fee

Preparation & Service of a Section 8 Notice: Included within full management service – For other services POA
