Why move to Bethnal Green?
It’s fair to say that ‘Beffnall’ has enjoyed a revival in the last decade. However, despite the influx of new developments, go-to restaurants and boutique hotels, the area still has an old-school East End charm. You’ll find a warm welcome here amongst the diverse population of 25,000.

A short history
Bethnal Green was one of the pioneers of the silk-weaving trade throughout the 18th Century, attracting many Huguenot and Irish weavers. Hard hit by the aerial bombardment of the Second World War, the area became the focus of social housing developments. Bethnal Green has been part of Greater London since 1965.
Bethnal Green offers something to suit all budgets, and is popular with young families, professionals and students.
There’s a wide range of property, from Grade II listed houses, through to flats in Victorian mansion blocks, and new build apartments.
If you are interested in putting your house on the market, our Sales Agents will be pleased to arrange a home valuation. Those looking to purchase property in Bethnal Green can discuss their needs with our local experts and arrange viewings at suitable properties. Alternatively, if you are a Landlord considering letting your property, or you are looking to rent within the Bethnal Green area, our Lettings Agents are on hand to support you.

Don’t miss E Pellicci, which despite the name is a traditional greasy spoon, good enough to be given listed status by English Heritage. Always heaving at the weekends, it’s great for friends and families.
